Return & Refund Policy

At mancaveapparel.shop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your handbag purchase, we’re here to help. Our return process is designed to be simple, transparent, and fair.

1. RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To be eligible for a return, your handbag must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • All original tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards must be attached and included.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • Items that show signs of wear, stains, perfume scents, or damage not caused by shipping are not eligible for return.

3. HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@mancaveapparel.shop with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the package without contacting us first.

4. RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

We believe in a stress-free shopping experience. Therefore:

  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any fees for processing your return.
  • No Handling Fee: There are no additional costs for inspecting the items.

Shipping Cost: For defective items or errors on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. For “change of mind” returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. REFUND TIMELINE & METHOD

Once we receive and inspect your returned handbag, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

*Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

6. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at support@gigitive.com within 48 hours. Include photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right via a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

7. EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new handbag.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. Once the handling process has begun (after 12-24 hours), we cannot cancel the order, and you will need to follow the standard return process.

8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@mancaveapparel.shop.
