Q: I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?
A: Contact us within 12 hours. Once the order is handed to the carrier, we are unable to redirect the package.

A: Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Q: My handbag arrived damaged. What do I do?
A: We apologize for that! Please email us photos of the damage at support@mancaveapparel.shop within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
