1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & PARTNERS

Currently, we exclusively provide shipping services within the United States (including all 50 states). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

To ensure your handbags arrive in perfect condition, we partner with the most reliable domestic carriers:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx (Federal Express)

2. SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINE

We offer a transparent flat-rate shipping fee for all handbag orders within the US.

3. PROCESSING & TRANSIT TIME

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) – Monday to Friday.

    *Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

  • Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This is the time we need to inspect your handbag, package it securely, and hand it over to the carrier.
  • Transit Time: 2 – 4 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This is the duration from when the package leaves our warehouse until it reaches your doorstep.

4. TRACKING & CONFIRMATION

Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s tracking portal (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office before contacting us at support@mancaveapparel.shop.

5. ADDRESS ACCURACY & CHANGES

Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Please double-check your street number, apartment/suite, and zip code.

Modifications: If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of order placement. Once the order has entered the handling stage (after 1-2 days), we cannot change the destination address.

6. SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS & DELAYS

  • Holidays: We do not ship on US Federal Holidays. Please expect a delay of 1-2 days during peak seasons like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, the customer may be responsible for the reshipping costs.
  • Multiple Items: If you purchase multiple handbags, they may be shipped in separate packages to ensure the fastest delivery or due to box size limitations. You will receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.

7. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your handbag arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at support@mancaveapparel.shop. For damaged goods, please include clear photos of the damaged product and the exterior packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a replacement or a full refund.
