At mancaveapparel.shop, we process orders quickly to ensure your handbags reach you as soon as possible. Because our system is designed for speed, there is a limited window for making changes or cancellations. Please review our policy below.
1. ORDER PROCESSING OVERVIEW
Our automated systems begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.
• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday.
• Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days.
2. CANCELLATION REQUESTS
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@mancaveapparel.shop within 12 hours of placing your order.
• Within 12 Hours: We will provide a full refund to your original payment method.
• After 12 Hours: Your order may have already entered the handling or shipping phase. In this case, we cannot cancel the order, and you must follow our Return and Refund Policy once the item is delivered.
3. ORDER CHANGE REQUESTS
We can only make changes to orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. You may request the following changes within the 12-hour window:
Shipping Address: Update your delivery details to ensure accurate shipping.
Product/Style: Switch to a different handbag color or style (subject to price adjustment).
Quantity: Add or remove items from your order.
Note: Once an order is handed over to the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx), we cannot redirect or modify the shipping address.
4. DUPLICATE ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally placed the same order twice, please notify us immediately. If identified before processing, we will cancel the duplicate and issue a full refund.
Payment Issues: If your payment fails or shows “Pending,” your order will not be processed. Please ensure your billing details match your card information to avoid delays.
5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Occasionally, high demand may lead to items becoming unavailable after an order is placed. If this happens, we will notify you via email and offer:
An immediate full refund for the unavailable item.
An alternative product of equal value.
A notification of when the item will be back in stock (Backorder).
6. SECURITY & FRAUD PROTECTION
To protect our customers, all orders go through a fraud screening process. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. If your order is flagged, we may request additional verification before proceeding.
