1. The 12-Hour Grace Period

To provide the fastest shipping times possible, our fulfillment team begins processing orders shortly after they are placed. However, we offer a dedicated window for changes:

You have exactly 12 hours from the moment of purchase to request a cancellation or modification to your order.

During this 12-hour window, we can easily stop the order in our system before it is picked, packed, or labeled. After this period, your order likely has entered the "Processing" stage or has been handed over to our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL), making it impossible to intercept. 2. Cancellation Fees: None

We believe in fair commerce. If you cancel your order within the 12-hour grace period:

  • Cancellation Fee: $0.00 (Zero). We do not charge any administrative or restocking fees for canceled orders.
  • Refund Amount: You will receive a 100% full refund, including any taxes and shipping costs paid at checkout.

3. How to Request a Change or Cancellation

To ensure your request is handled before the order moves to production, please follow these steps precisely:

  3. Details: If you are requesting a modification (such as changing a shirt size or updating an address), please specify exactly what needs to be corrected.

4. Modifications After 12 Hours

Once the 12-hour window has passed, our automated system marks the order as "In Progress." At this stage, the apparel is being prepared for shipment. While we will still try our best to accommodate late requests, we cannot guarantee that a change can be made. If the order has already been picked and packed, it must proceed to the shipping phase.

5. If Your Order Has Already Shipped

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been dispatched from our Knoxville facility, we cannot stop the delivery. In this scenario:

  • You must wait for the package to arrive at your address.
  • Upon receipt, please do not open the package if you intend to return the entire order.
  • Follow the procedures outlined in our Return & Refund Policy to send the item back for a refund.
