1. Return Eligibility & Window

We maintain a generous 30-day return policy. This timeframe begins from the date your order is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. To qualify for a successful return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.
  • The item must be free from any odors (such as cologne, smoke, or detergent) and signs of wear.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required.

Please note: If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Shipping Cost — Who Pays?

Mancaveapparel covers 100% of the return shipping cost for all eligible returns. This applies to every scenario, including change-of-mind returns. Specifically:

  • Return Shipping Fee: $0.00 — We provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • Restocking Fee: $0.00 — We never charge a fee to restock a returned item.
  • Once your return is approved, we will email you a pre-paid label valid for 14 days. Simply print it, pack the item, and drop it off at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@mancaveapparel.shop with the subject line: "Return Request — Order #[Your Order Number]".
  2. Briefly explain the reason for your return. For damaged or incorrect items, please attach clear photographs of the product and its packaging.
  3. Our support team will review your request within 24 business hours. Once approved, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid return shipping label.
  4. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package, affix the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item at our Knoxville facility, we will notify you by email and process your refund.

Important: Items sent back without a valid RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

4. Detailed Scenarios & Solutions

A. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defect (e.g., faulty stitching, missing buttons), or is not the item you ordered, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. In these cases, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement. A return shipment may not be required for severely damaged or completely wrong items — our team will advise you accordingly.

B. Change of Mind / Does Not Fit

We understand that sizing can be difficult to judge online. You are welcome to return shirts due to a change of mind or incorrect fit within 30 days of delivery. The item must remain in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Mancaveapparel still covers the return shipping cost in these cases to ensure a risk-free shopping experience for our customers.

C. Package Not Received (Lost in Transit)

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. If the item is still missing after 3 business days from the "Delivered" status, contact us at support@mancaveapparel.shop. We will open a carrier investigation. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a 100% full refund or reship your order at no additional cost. You may also check live shipment data on our Order Tracking page.

5. Non-Returnable Items

While we strive to be flexible, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-printed items — items made to order with custom specifications cannot be returned as they are produced specifically for you.
  • Final Sale items — items clearly marked "Final Sale" on the product page at the time of purchase. This label is always visible before checkout.
  • Items returned without prior authorization — packages sent without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.

6. The Refund Process & Timeline

Once your return package arrives at our Knoxville facility, it will undergo a quality inspection within 48 hours of receipt. You will be notified by email at each stage of the process.

  • Refund Approval: If the item meets our return conditions, your refund will be approved immediately.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where a returned item does not fully meet our conditions but is not entirely unusable, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion. You will be notified and must agree before any partial refund is processed.
  • Method: Refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method used at checkout (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal). For security reasons, we cannot issue refunds to a different card or account.
  • Timeframe: Funds are returned within 5 business days of approval. Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your statement — this is outside of our control.

7. Exchanges

We do not process direct item-for-item exchanges. The most efficient method is to return the original item for a full refund following the steps in Section 3 above, then place a new order for the correct size or color on our website. This ensures the item is in stock and reaches you as quickly as possible.
